Gone are those golden days when Human Resources firms like Head Hunters, Ma Foi Management Consultants, Transearch India, etc., hunt for talents to be recruited for big and small organizations.
At this juncture when 'Recession' has conquered the entire world, these HR agencies are employed to do the reverse process - sacking the employees in a decent manner!
HR companies are now busy studying bio-data and skill set of the employees in the hit list within the organizations so as to find out suitable (out!)placement for them in other organizations!
It is not befitting to call these Placement Agencies as 'Displacement Agencies' now?
It is time we realized that if there is birth there is death ,if there is placement there is displacement.
