To Be A Succeessful Polititcian You Should Have Flexible And Reversible Policies Like Arnold Schwarzenegger!

Politicians are a separate breed irrespective of their nationality. They are above law. They safe guard the interest of the people and in that process they get trapped in corruption and other undesirable social evils!
Politicians are the greatest entertainers too! California’s Governor, Arnold Schwarzenegger, actor- turned- politician, is a living example. His fiscal measures like drastic cut in salaries of state government employees and lay off of part time workers to make up the budget deficit in the year 2008 were seen as anti people reforms and he retracted gracefully to respect the sentiments of people. Who cares for budget deficits when people’s interest is of paramount importance! After all without their votes he could not stay in his powerful post!
Politics with flexible and reversible policies is the sure success mantra for great leaders like Arnold Schwarzenegger. He had to reverse his decision to increase the taxes once again when giants like Overstock.com and Amazon.com tried to close their affiliate business in California. Suddenly it dawned upon him that after passing the largest tax increase in California’s history it made absolutely no sense to go back to the taxpayers. As a true savior of people he vetoed the tax increase passed by the legislature by majority votes.
Last year the great conscience keeper of the people of California stated that his unpaid tax amounting to $ 79000 was “minor paperwork tracking discrepancy” and “a simple mistake”. One should appreciate that such lapses are bound to happen in the life of such dedicated politician who gives his heart and soul for the welfare of people of California. His secretary Aaron Mc Lear declares “the issue is totally unrelated to payment of taxes.” He goes on to deliver his judgment “Governor is resubmitting certain information to IRS and we fully expect that the matter will be resolved and the lien expunged without any penalty assessed upon the governor”. Arnold knows that people will not bother about these trivial things.
In the notorious case of Roman Polansky’s unlawful sexual assault on a minor girl, the California governor gave his verdict in an interview to CNN “I think he is much respected person, I am a big admirer of his work… He should be treated like everyone else…. Was there something done wrong? Was injustice done in this case?” Let us hope Arnold won’t be signing that celebrity petition demanding release of Polanski.
God save the King! People???

  1. California is a welfare state. Too many entitlements for the government to pay. That's the real problem with California. As for the gov? We haven't had a good gov since Pete Wilson. Just my two cents.

Roman Polansky needs to be in prison. I don't care how talented he is.

    Have a terrific day. :)

  2. Oh, I thought clean politicians manage the U.S. Obviously I am ignorant. But this Governor, he is obviously feigning ignorance.
