You Can Give Birth To A Girl Baby With Diet Control!

Do you want to get a girl child this time? Reduce intake of salt and throw away bananas!

Experts from Maastricht University in Holland find that right kind of food and timing of sex are the key factors for a prospective mom to give birth to a son or daughter.

If you are serious about a girl child these researchers stipulate certain conditions.

Refrain from eating sodium and potassium rich food items such as olives, bacon, smoked salmon, prawns, savory rice, potatoes, bread and pastries.

Eat calcium and magnesium rich food items. Calcium is rich in yogurt, hard cheese, canned salmon, rhubarb, spinach, tofu, almonds, oatmeal, broccoli and oranges.
Brazil, whole wheat cereal, cashew nuts, beans and figs are rich with magnesium.

Father's diet does not influence gender of the child.

Have regular sex except on days immediately prior to and after ovulation.

The study was conducted on 172 women from Western Europe in the age bracket 23 to 42. The women had given birth to boys only previously; in one case the woman had 4 sons and craved for a baby daughter. Many of the women dropped out as they were unable to stick to diet and flouted rules on sex. Only 21 women followed directions strictly. Out of 21, 16 were successful in giving birth to daughters. It means a success rate of awesome 80%!

Womenfolks, keep this formula in mind when you want a baby daughter next time!
