It is the first training session for the new recruits in the Indian Air Force. With bubbling energy the freshers listened to the introductory lecture delivered by a well experienced training officer inside the aircraft. The officer gives an exhaustive account of the functions of the various equipment and devices in the cockpit. His lecture is well received by the budding youngsters in rapt attention.
At the end of the session the officer asks the recruits " Are you clear about all the controls in the cockpit? Do you have any doubt? Shoot your questions, I will clarify". A serious youngster points out at a funny-looking object on the cockpit panel and asks the officer "Sir, you have not explained the purpose and functions of this object".
With the same serious face the officer explains "That is the flask in which I carry me coffee"!
Bwahahahahaha. I'm not flying with him. Ever!
