Daughter becomes surrogate for mother's child!

In a role reversal, a daughter has offered to become surrogate for her mother's child!  A first of its kind in Gujarat, India, 32-year old Radhika Patel has agreed to nurture the fetus for nine months to ensure that her mother completes her family.

The 52-year old mother Lalita, a widow, got married to 59-year old Mohan Patel, a widower recently.  Lalita who lived as a widow for about 8 years wanted to have a child in her second marriage.  With age not on their side the couple wondered whether their dream could be realized.  It here that the daughter and son-in-law pitched their support.

The daughter has a son and daughter.  She said she was ready to undergo surrogacy for the mother as a child would make her new innings happier.  They have agreed to use the new father's sperms and egg of an anonymous donor.

In the lighter veins, would this kind of role reversals redefine the relationship between the child-to-be-born, the daughter and the mother?
