Do you feel your laptop is too unwieldy to handle especially
when you are on tour? A paper-thin
Tablet computer has been developed by researchers from Queen’s University in
Canada in collaboration with Plastic Logic and Intel Labs. This revolutionary new gadget can be twisted
and dropped without any damage.
Popularly known as the PaperTab, this exciting device is
fully interactive with a flexible, high resolution 10.7- inch plastic touch
screen powered by the second generation Intel CoreTMi5 Processor. This highly flexible display allows a natural
human interaction with electronic paper, lighter and thinner. It is more robust
compared with the present glass-based monitors.
Unlike the traditional screen with windows, PaperTab
utilizes several sheets of paper for different apps. The
device can be used as e-books, with users simply bending the screen to turn
pages. Using several PaperTabs makes it
easier to work with multiple documents.
In short you can perform all tasks as in the case of a
laptop computer but still crush(!) the PaperTab and put it inside your pocket
on the go.
Now this is the ticket especially when traveling. I love it.

Hmmm, more innovations means more learning. I suppose there is no end to learning-eh?
