The main distinction between a boss and the Pope is the Pope only expects you to kiss his ring. My boss told me yesterday, “Don’t dress for the job you have, dress for the job you want”.
But when I turned up at the office today in Ghostbusters gear, the boss said I was fired.
Don’t stand around doing nothing. People will think you’re the boss.
