Child Chess Champ!

It is true! Seven year old R Harikrishanan hailing from Ambattur, Chennai is declared the youngest rated chess player in India by the Tamilnadu chess association recently.

This tiny student studying in second standard in Sethu Bhaskara Matriculation School is a topper in studies also.

Having observed his mastery in the game of chess, his parents encouraged him and arranged special coaching which yielded fantastic results.

Little Harikrishanan's ambition is to become a grandmaster like his idol Viswanathan Anand.

We wish him all success!
