Yoga... Memory Therapy Too!

As we age, blood sugar level in our body increases which in turn affects the hippocampus, the part of the brain controlling the mental functions. That is the reason we observe loss of memory invariably in aged people, whether diabetic or not. There appears to be no definite medicinal solution to rectify memory loss.

Recent researches on the subject show that exercising and yoga bring down the level of blood glucose significantly and improve memory functions. It is now evident that jogging and yoga not only contribute to the general health but also improve memory of people!
